2D/UI Artist

We are currently seeking a 2D/UI Artist to become a part of our new game development team, already working on a big multiplayer project undergoing a game loop redesign. In this role, you will be responsible for creating previews for upcoming features, including UI/UX flows, new enemies, environments, props, item previews, and concepts. You will work closely with other artists, such as 3D artists, to bring your art to life in modeled and usually animated meshes, while collaborating with game developers to ensure your vision is fully realized on screen for our players.

What You Will Do:

• Create a variety of stylized UI panels that translate game features to the player and feel intuitive and clearly understandable.
• Work alongside 3D artists when creating new characters, environments, and items by providing turnaround concepts and concept art that convey the game's feel, color, and emotion to better help us recreate and animate it on the screen.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager when discussing and developing new feature flows, provide input on what works and what does not in other games to avoid past mistakes.

• You have been a part of at least two released games (preferably on mobile devices).
• You have a passion for games and appreciate all platforms.
• You are not afraid to create great user experiences with intuitive UI design.
• You have meticulous attention to detail.
• You are not afraid to raise red flags and ask questions.
• You can plan out your tasks and have strong time management skills.
• You have excellent communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
