Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote position will be based in North America and will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming industry, strong strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our presence in North America.
  • Partnership Building: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with game studios, publishers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Client Management: Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential partners and clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production, marketing, and live services teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with company goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the gaming industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the gaming industry and market dynamics.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Location: Ideally based in North America or Europe and willing to travel as required.
