Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Collaborate with production, creative, development, and animation teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Identify and address project issues, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing feedback and aligning on project goals.
- Report to Head of Business and clients on project results and insights.
- Develop communication strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies to maximize client value and studio revenue.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients, working with executive leadership to finalize contracts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to provide strategic recommendations.
- Attend industry events to represent the studio and identify partnership opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years in account management or related roles, with at least 2 years in a video game studio.
- Experience in interactive entertainment and/or VR, AR, and MR games.
- Strong understanding of interactive technologies in advertising campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Willingness to meet clients in-person and travel internationally as required.
