As a Senior Technical Animator, you'll collaborate with animators, designers, and programmers to define, design, and implement animation systems, character state systems, and animation pipelines in Unreal Engine. You'll also support rigging, skinning, and facial animation systems.

As a Senior Technical Animator, you'll collaborate with animators, designers, and programmers to define, design, and implement animation systems, character state systems, and animation pipelines in Unreal Engine. You'll also support rigging, skinning, and facial animation systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Substantial experience in Animation, preferably in game development
- Expertise as a technical animator, gameplay animator, or animation programmer
- Experience with cloth, hair, and bone-driven physics
- Proficiency in Maya or similar software
- Familiarity with UE5 animation state machines and blend systems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Adaptability to new technologies and challenges
- Scripting knowledge
- Design and implement animation and character state systems
- Work with designers on combat systems and animation interactions
- Collaborate with programmers to enhance character state systems
- Improve and design animation/model pipelines
- Create and manage facial animation pipelines and rigs
- Assist with rigging and skinning of characters
- Troubleshoot and solve animation-related challenges
- Guide animators, designers, and programmers to optimize animation systems
- Contribute to game content creation and quality control
