Senior Video Producer

Location: Oslo, Norway (Hybrid)

About the Role:

Our client, a leading game development company with a rich 30-year history, is seeking a Senior Video Producer to join their expanding in-house marketing department. This is a unique opportunity to create outstanding trailers and video content for exciting new games, including a highly anticipated Sci-Fi project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative and ambitious video material ideas to help game titles succeed.
  • Coordinate and execute video content and campaigns from brief to delivery, working both internally and with external partners.
  • Act as a creative voice and video authority in meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to project management teams on timings and resource needs.
  • Pitch creative video concepts, exploring industry trends and new technologies.
  • Ensure delivery of all video assets meets technical and legal requirements.
  • Innovate new approaches to video assets, aligning with product and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate and guide the video team on joint projects.
  • Work with the Marketing Art Director to guide freelancers and creative agencies.
  • Maintain communication between creatives, marketing, and product teams, providing frequent updates.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience creating high-quality trailers and video material within the gaming industry, preferably for AAA titles.
  • Strong eye for visuals and cinematography.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to understand product and company goals.
  • Proficient in Unreal Engine, sequencer, and creation of mockups, animatics, and in-engine scenes.
  • Strong knowledge of creative processes and video production practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
