Role: Associate Creative Director
Mission: As an Associate Creative Director, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Creative Officer to execute the creative vision for a highly anticipated AAA project. This role involves guiding the team through the development and post-launch phases, ensuring that all new content, including DLCs, expansions, and new sub-stories, align with the game’s core vision. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the project's creative direction and help shape an immersive and engaging player experience.

Mission: As an Associate Creative Director, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Creative Officer to execute the creative vision for a highly anticipated AAA project. This role involves guiding the team through the development and post-launch phases, ensuring that all new content, including DLCs, expansions, and new sub-stories, align with the game’s core vision. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the project's creative direction and help shape an immersive and engaging player experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer to develop and implement the overall game vision.
- Work with directors across various disciplines to unify design, art, narrative, and technical aspects into a holistic vision.
- Ensure the IP is authentically represented in the player experience.
- Communicate creative direction consistently across production teams.
- Mentor and guide team members through regular engagement and feedback.
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Foster a culture of open collaboration, transparency, and ownership.
- Promote a healthy, inclusive, and positive work environment.
- Minimum of 10 years in live, multiplayer game development.
- At least 3 years of directing experience in AAA or large-scale AA+ games.
- Extensive experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal) and management software (e.g., Excel, Jira).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A naturally open and collaborative mindset.
