  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with team members across various disciplines to ensure a cohesive and polished final product.
  • Player Experience Focus: Design gameplay elements that cater to the F2P market, focusing on player engagement, retention, and monetization strategies.
  • Iteration and Feedback: Continuously iterate on game features based on player feedback, testing, and team input to refine and improve the gaming experience.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in game design, with a strong portfolio of shipped titles, particularly in the F2P and/or multiplayer arena genres.
  • Unity Expertise: Proficient in Unity, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations, particularly in relation to game design and development.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to design challenges and a willingness to experiment with new ideas.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience leading design initiatives, mentoring junior designers, and driving the creative process.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
  • Passion for Gaming: A deep passion for games, with a strong understanding of current industry trends, player behavior, and market demands.
Nice to Have:
  • Multiplayer Framework Experience: Familiarity with Photon Realtime or similar multiplayer frameworks.
  • FPS Design Influence: Experience designing games with FPS mechanics, particularly around verticality and line-of-sight strategies.
  • Remote Work Experience: Prior experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a small, agile team where your contributions have a direct impact on the final product.
  • Work on an innovative project with the opportunity to push creative boundaries.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of remote work while collaborating with a talented and passionate team.
