The Role:
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our growing London team. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with a solid understanding of the mobile gaming market and a data-focused approach to optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Analysts, and the Game Director to implement strategies that promote sustainable growth across all key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recurring product requirements to maintain the game’s health
  • Improve internal processes and workflows
  • Use data insights to optimize live features and product streams (A/B testing, live ops, push notifications, etc.)
  • Develop and launch new features in collaboration with engineering, UI design, community, and marketing teams
  • Analyze product performance and provide detailed reports
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis with a focus on the mobile gaming industry
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry or 1+ year in product management or game design (new grads with a passion for mobile games are welcome to apply)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to create clear and concise product specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for mobile gaming and the gaming industry as a whole
Bonus Points:
  • UI/UX design skills
  • Extensive knowledge of top-grossing mobile games
  • SQL skills for data extraction
  • Experience with Free-to-Play gaming models
  • Interest in community management
