A leading gaming studio is seeking a Senior Game Designer to join their team and work on an exciting live multiplayer project with a large and active user base. This is an opportunity to be part of a pioneering game with unique mechanics and a strong focus on community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine game features, systems, and mechanics that align with the project’s core gameplay and vision.
• Lead the design and execution of LiveOps events, focusing on player retention, monetization optimization, and event performance analysis.
• Create engaging in-game content, such as challenges and events, while continually improving processes for future content development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and creativity across all game features and updates.
• Utilize game data and player feedback to make informed decisions that enhance the overall player experience.
• Monitor and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet both player and business goals.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in game design, particularly in live service environments.
• Proven expertise in game economy, player engagement strategies, and monetization design.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from game data.
• Experience designing game content for mobile, F2P (free-to-play), or P2E (play-to-earn) titles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across design and development teams.
