Social & Community Lead

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Social & Community Lead with a passion for web3 and gaming. This role is responsible for growing and managing a vibrant community across various platforms, fostering lasting relationships with players, and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media and community campaigns aligned with broader marketing strategies to drive significant community growth.
  • Act as the primary voice on platforms like X (formerly Twitter) and Discord, delivering consistent messaging and sparking engagement.
  • Expertly manage communities across social media channels including Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
  • Generate and sustain active conversations within the community.
  • Build and manage collaborations with creators, brands, and other communities.
  • Respond promptly to community inquiries and feedback.
  • Monitor and report on community feedback, online comments, and reviews.
  • Lead experiments to scale community engagement and measure their impact.
  • Oversee and manage community moderators.
  • Develop strategies to grow and engage the community, creating regular reports for leadership on growth metrics.
  • Organize and participate in events to enhance community engagement and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Liaise with Development and Business Development teams to stay informed on new products and features.
  • Build strong relationships with community members, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
  • Stay informed on team and product updates to effectively communicate with the player community.
  • Keep up to date with trends in Web3, crypto gaming, and related industries.

Requirements:

  • Passion for gaming with personal experience in playing digital games.
  • At least 2 years of community management experience.
  • Mastery of managing communities on X and Discord.
  • Active participation in gaming communities and a strong interest in blockchain and Web3.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Experience moderating online and offline conversations.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management for brands.
  • Strong ability to interpret website traffic and community engagement metrics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and community engagement strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
