We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to lead the visual direction for an exciting card game project. This is a remote role, with flexible hours, but we do require some overlap with Middle Eastern time zones (4-5 hours).

- Developing and overseeing the visual style for characters, environments, card designs, and UI elements.
- Collaborating closely with the game design and development teams to ensure that all visual assets align with gameplay mechanics and enhance the player experience.
- Managing and mentoring a talented team of illustrators, animators, and graphic designers to maintain consistency in style and quality.
- Creating mood boards, concept art, and style guides to communicate the artistic vision across the team.
- Overseeing the production of assets from concept to implementation, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Artist in the game industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on card games or similar projects.
- Expertise in card game UI/UX, character design, and thematic consistency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D software, and other relevant tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage remote teams.
- Familiarity with both digital and physical card game design trends and styles.
