Lead Product Analyst - Mobile Games - London Hybrid 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Analyst to join our dynamic team on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights and shape the future of one of our largest, most successful mobile game franchises. Our game is a casual, globally beloved title enjoyed by millions of players daily. You will be responsible for deep data analysis, collaborating across teams, and influencing product strategy with data-backed insights.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis on large datasets to extract actionable insights. Analyze player behavior, game performance, and trends to optimize game strategies.
• End-to-End Project Ownership: Take full ownership of analytical projects, from data gathering and modeling to presenting insights to key stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to develop comprehensive analytics roadmaps, define key metrics, and establish data collection processes.
• Product Influence: Leverage your insights to shape and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring maximum player engagement and satisfaction.
• Reporting and Communication: Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner through compelling presentations and reports.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong mobile gaming product or analytics experience 
• Strong analytical mindset, with experience in gaming analytics being essential.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large datasets; knowledge of BigQuery and Python/R is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker (preferred), Qlikview, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
• A passion for mobile games and a desire to contribute to their continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
