The Role:
The Role:
- An exciting opportunity to work at a diverse, fast-growing studio developing their first mobile game. Seeking a Senior Producer to lead the production department and oversee production processes.
- In this role, the candidate will manage an Agile team developing a new game title, collaborating with leadership to achieve the long-term vision for the game.
- Close collaboration with the Product Lead is required to create and maintain the project roadmap, ensuring the delivery of engaging features and content.
- Responsibilities include enhancing productivity and improving processes across the company, bringing expertise to align and streamline production practices.
- Lead a cross-discipline Agile team, collaborating with product leads, developers, designers, marketing, artists, and QA, supporting the game's progression from Soft Launch to Global Launch.
- Identify and communicate risks early, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as a key liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure clear sprint goals, task estimations, and timely deliveries.
- Own and refine production processes across the studio, ensuring shared learning and adherence to production principles.
- Manage the delivery plan for the game roadmap, addressing challenges and risks that may impact milestones or quality.
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to meet roadmap requirements.
- Balances focus on overall project progress while addressing immediate needs.
- Proactively identifies and resolves team issues.
- Open to feedback from team and management.
- Champions continuous process improvement across the company.
- Adaptable and able to handle complex information.
- Motivates and understands team needs.
- Skilled in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
- 5+ years in mobile game production roles.
- Experience shipping multiple game titles, ideally in the FTP mobile sector.
- Strong Agile (preferably Scrum) project management background.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated team management skills.
- Familiarity with Unity.
- Knowledge of alternative management methodologies (lean, waterfall).
- Experience with localization and change management.
