We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and highly organized Animation Supervisor with project management experience to take on a key production role, working closely with the animation team. The role requires outstanding communication skills and a proven track record in development and production. The successful candidate will coordinate, track, and guide the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. Experience in building and maintaining schedules is essential.

The role requires outstanding communication skills and a proven track record in development and production. The successful candidate will coordinate, track, and guide the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards. Experience in building and maintaining schedules is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production leadership and coordinators to determine resources needed for projects.
- Use project management tools and production methodologies to maintain tight schedules and high standards.
- Oversee, coordinate, track, and manage the activities of the animation team to achieve project goals.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and roadblocks, both short-term and long-term.
- Provide motivation, direction, and improve best practices for team members.
- Create high-quality realistic animations using hand keyframes and motion capture data.
- 5–7 years of experience in animation leadership roles, particularly in game development.
- Expertise in software such as Maya, Motion Builder, and Unreal Engine is essential.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to mediate between clients, internal teams, and management.
- Proven ability to self-prioritize tasks and lead by example with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in tools like Shotgun, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing external resources, remote contractors, and vendors.
- Strong motion capture editing skills and ability to manage sequences under tight deadlines.
- Ability to take direction and clearly communicate with the team.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
