Animation Supervisor - VFX - Remote from Northern Ireland

As an Animation Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our production process, working closely with our talented team to create high-quality, realistic animations and ensure projects are delivered on time. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical expertise, a passion for storytelling, and outstanding leadership skills.
  
What You’ll Do:
�� Collaborate with production leadership to manage schedules and resources.
�� Oversee and motivate a team of animators to deliver top-tier work.
�� Identify and resolve roadblocks to keep projects moving smoothly.
�� Create stunning animations using hand keyframes and motion capture data.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5–7 years of experience in animation leadership, especially in game development.
✔️ Expertise with Maya, Motion Builder, Unreal Engine, and project management tools like Shotgun.
✔️ Strong motion capture editing skills and the ability to manage sequences under tight deadlines.
✔️ Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and leadership.
