We are seeking a skilled and experienced Blockchain Strategy Lead with a strong foundation in Web3 and crypto, ideally within the gaming industry. You’ll play a central role in shaping blockchain strategies, influencing game design, and building strategic partnerships that align with organizational growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive blockchain strategies aligned with company goals and vision.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to integrate Web3 elements into gameplay.
• Manage token listings and engage with exchanges and market makers for token-related activities.
• Ensure legal compliance by coordinating with the legal team to align Web3 strategies with regulations.
• Foster partnerships and cultivate industry connections to enhance visibility and drive growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends to shape and refine business strategies and growth trajectory.
• Use analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance, identify market opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Represent the organization as a passionate ambassador, communicating its vision and products externally.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing and executing blockchain strategies and business development, ideally in gaming.
• Deep understanding of Web 3.0 technologies, including cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and blockchain.
• Experience with blockchain exchanges, token launches, and market making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships internally and externally.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and results-driven approach.
