Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This remote position will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the video game industry, exceptional strategic acumen, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in North America and Europe to grow the client base.
  • Partnership Building: Forge and maintain relationships with game developers, publishers, and other stakeholders in the gaming ecosystem.
  • Sales Strategy: Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business expansion.
  • Client Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and new opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and agreements to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure alignment between business development and project delivery.
  • Reporting: Deliver regular reports on business development activities, progress, and key results to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the gaming or outsourcing industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of the gaming industry, particularly in areas related to character rigging and animation.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
    • Capacity to build and sustain lasting partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Analytical, strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
    • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
  • Location: Based in North America or Europe, with willingness to travel as required.
