�� Your Role: As a Product Manager for one of our leading games, you'll translate strategic goals into actionable plans, directly impacting the game's trajectory. Your responsibilities will include:

• Breaking down high-level strategies into tactical plans for product features and marketing efforts.
• Defining the game’s economic model, focusing on cosmetics-based monetization.
• Utilizing competitive analysis and market insights to keep the game a top choice for players.
• Collaborating with the development team to overcome technological constraints.
• Gathering player feedback to enhance game features and align with community needs.

�� Challenges & Responsibilities:

• Shape and maintain a clear roadmap for the game.
• Translate strategic direction into concrete, incremental steps.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager on all aspects of game development.
• Perform competitive analysis and optimize monetization strategies.
• Advocate for user-first design by listening to player feedback.
• Work with a small, agile team to balance quick wins and long-term growth.
• Improve processes and frameworks for scalable team movement.
• Support technical decision-making and address engineering constraints.

�� We Are Looking For:

• Strong background in product management within the gaming industry.
• First-principles thinker with innovative solutions for the game’s challenges.
• Experience with cosmetics-based monetization strategies.
• Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability to handle browser-based game development and evolving tech stacks.
• Passion for building engaging, competitive gaming experiences.
