Data Analyst - Mid-level - Upto €65k max base

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our client is looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join their team as a Data Analyst! ��
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to validate assumptions, provide analytical guidance, and influence roadmap planning. ��
  • Work closely with product teams to understand analytical requirements, including planning, designing, and analyzing A/B tests. ��
  • Build and optimize dashboards that address the business's overall data needs. ��
  • Conduct analysis ranging from quick descriptive ad-hoc requests to in-depth exploratory investigations of critical business questions. ��
  • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and data-driven decision-making through best practices and actionable insights. ��
  • Actively participate in shaping their data architecture, collection methods, and governance practices. ��️
They are looking for someone with:
  • Expertise in SQL (any dialect), Python, or R. ��
  • Proven ability to deliver tasks on time and with precision. ⏰
  • Strong understanding of analytical techniques and their application to business problems. ��
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Data Studio, Tableau, Sigma. ��
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new domains and technologies quickly. ��
  • Confidence in sharing challenges, collaborating on solutions, and seeking feedback. ��️
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivering on commitments. ��
  • A proactive attitude toward learning and self-improvement. ��
  • Ability to engage in constructive discussions and respond positively to feedback. ��
Bonus Points:
  • Experience in the gaming industry or free-to-play game analytics. ��
  • Familiarity with dbt for data transformation. ��
  • Prior experience deploying machine learning models in production. ��
  • Understanding of startup dynamics and working in a fast-paced environment. ⚡
