Art Manager – Gaming Studio 📍 Location: London (Office-Based)

About the Role We’re looking for an Art Manager to lead and oversee art production for an in-house game studio. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and sound engineers to deliver high-quality game assets while managing both in-house and external artists.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept art, mock-ups, and UI designs for new games.
• Design slot game visuals, including logos, animations, and transitions.
• Manage and mentor a team of artists, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Optimize and deliver assets across multiple platforms and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to suggest fresh themes and ideas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in online gambling, social gaming, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Maya, and Spine.
• Experience with 3D modeling, character animation, and texturing.
• Solid understanding of slot and casino game visuals.
• A portfolio showcasing game design expertise.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in storyboarding, art guidelines, and rapid concepting.
• Strong illustration, typography, and composition skills.
• Knowledge of color theory, rendering, and game aesthetics.
