Key Responsibilities:
- Develop video concepts and storyboards tailored for mobile game marketing.
- Oversee creative production, ensuring assets align with branding and performance goals.
- Provide mentorship to designers, helping elevate the quality of creative work.
- Present creative pitches and concepts to clients.
- Audit and refine client-provided assets to optimize ad performance.
- Proven experience in art direction, motion design, or digital content creation.
- Strong 2D motion design skills (3D is a bonus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to data-driven insights.
- Experience working in a marketing agency or mobile gaming environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present creative ideas effectively.
- Work on major gaming IPs with a talented creative team.
