Job Description: The Senior Creative Producer is responsible for the effective and smooth production of creative assets. This includes setting and optimizing the creative production pipeline, co-creating pricing and creative services offerings, keeping projects on track and organized, managing client relationships, budgeting and financial management of projects, and overseeing the production unit. The role also involves supporting company new business activities and mentoring junior producers.

- Manage the production pipeline and client relations independently from day one.
- Lead a team of producers and traffic managers, setting high standards in communication and organization.
- Review the visual quality of assets and provide feedback to designers for video and graphic outputs.
- Proactively propose new solutions, ideas, and executions for projects and internal processes.
- Maintain open and constant communication with clients and team members.
- Act as a role model by demonstrating collaboration, transparency, and proactivity.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and strong time-management skills.

Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Creative eye for design and ability to provide feedback on visual and video flow issues.
- Understanding of the production process (video, photo, graphics).
- Client relations experience and team management experience.
Workload & Responsibilities:
- Support and encourage team members to maximize productivity.
- Own the creative delivery pipeline.
- Track financial performance and react accordingly to insights from data.
- Ensure all projects stay within timelines and budget.
- Create clear and concise templates for project reports.
- Manage production by liaising with clients and team members.
- Conduct client satisfaction interviews and reviews.
- Collaborate on optimizing team work and strategy.
- Budget new jobs and co-create pricing and offering updates.
- Conduct or oversee market research.
- Revise timesheets and resolve issues and inefficiencies.
- Compile creative briefs and conduct customer research.
- Plan work with project teams and raise new business and hiring needs.
- Provide feedback to designers, Art Directors, and Creative Strategists.
- Manage legal documents related to copyright and contracts with freelancers.
- Manage digital projects (video 2D ads, statics, and occasionally 3D).
- Delegate tasks and projects to junior/associate producers.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira).
- Office tools to create documents and presentations.
- Knowledge of Adobe suite (Photoshop, AfterEffects, Premiere) is desirable.
- Experience with 3D software (Maya, Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine, Unity 3D, Houdini) is nice to have.
