Senior Product Manager - Games
The client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to play a critical role in shaping the future of their mobile games portfolio. This individual will leverage their expertise in product strategy and roadmapping to drive the performance of the client's products.

With over 130 million registered players, the client stands as a leader in casual and social games across Western markets. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Product Strategy: Develop and communicate clear product roadmaps, collaborating closely with producers to ensure that new features align with the overall vision.
  • Motivate and Unite Teams: Foster a collaborative and engaging atmosphere, encouraging team members to work toward common goals with enthusiasm and a shared sense of purpose.
  • Lead with Data-Driven Insights: Establish and monitor KPIs for game performance, using data analysis to guide product growth direction and feature prioritization.
  • Enhance Acquisition, Engagement, and Monetization: Oversee the development and optimization of acquisition strategies, engagement loops, and monetization models, with a preference for F2P models with in-app monetization.
  • Deliver Business Impact: Craft compelling business cases for new and existing products and features, driving initiatives that align with the client's strategic goals and significantly impact user experience.
  • Conduct Competitive Analysis: Keep a pulse on the gaming market through competitive reviews, staying ahead of trends, and identifying opportunities to elevate the client's products.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in the games industry, particularly in free-to-play (F2P) models.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills: The candidate excels at bringing diverse teams together, aligning them around a common vision, and creating excitement for shared goals without direct management responsibility.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset: Deep understanding of product metrics, player funnels, and A/B testing. Expertise in using data to inform decisions, backed by advanced Excel skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented: The candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, driving projects forward with a high level of autonomy while maintaining focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Collaborative by nature: The candidate is open-minded and excels in a participatory, team-based environment, building consensus and creating alignment through open communication.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the US gaming market and its player behaviors, trends, and expectations.
