Studio Production Lead – Mobile Games

A leading international games studio is seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Lead to drive the roadmap, execution, and overall success of its live and upcoming mobile game titles.

This is a senior leadership role for someone with a proven track record in mobile game production, especially within casual or card game genres.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality mobile games on time and at scale.
• Own the full product lifecycle: concept, planning, development, launch, and live operations.
• Align priorities across design, art, engineering, and monetization teams.
• Lead Agile processes, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Monitor KPIs and player feedback to drive prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and resolve production risks.
• Champion a player-first approach in both product design and live operations.

Requirements:
• 10+ years in mobile game production, with 3+ years in a senior role.
• Successful track record launching and scaling mobile games.
• Deep understanding of free-to-play game design, LiveOps, and monetization. • Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and production pipelines.
• Fluent English; able to work with multicultural, remote teams.

Desirable:
• Experience with hybrid monetization models and real-time multiplayer games. • Familiarity with Unity, backend services, or mobile build pipelines.
• Game economy design and balancing experience.
