Marketing Manager - Community and Social Media
Location: Remote, with a minimum of 5 hours overlap with core team hours (GMT+8)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community and Social Media Manager to join our team and help us build thriving communities around our games, particularly in the web3 space.
Role Overview: The Community and Social Media Manager will work closely with our product and growth teams to drive engagement and community growth across various platforms. This role focuses on managing social media, community building, and fostering an active dialogue between our development team and the player base. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media for web3-related projects and have a passion for creating meaningful, transparent interactions with the community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and community strategy in collaboration with the product, growth, and development teams.
- Build and maintain vibrant, engaged communities across social media platforms, especially with a focus on web3 projects.
- Establish and maintain an editorial content calendar to ensure timely, engaging, and informative communication with the community.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to create content that resonates with web3 and gaming audiences.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on various social platforms, with a focus on new channels such as TikTok, if necessary.
- Create and drive campaigns aimed at increasing social engagement, positive sentiment, and building a healthy, active community.
- Collaborate with community managers to manage conversations, gather feedback, and provide regular reports on community sentiment and growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, social media platform changes, and community management best practices.
- 3-4 years of experience in managing and executing social media strategies, including brand channels and cross-functional campaigns.
- Proven experience in the web3 space as a community member, builder, or holder.
- Familiarity with social media tools such as eClincher and experience with analytics and reporting tools to track and measure performance.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating strong self-management and organizational skills.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in the video game or entertainment industry.
- Experience working with external creative agencies to execute social media campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- A deep passion for pop culture, video games, and the web3 space.
